We offer a variety of shipping methods for our customers.
Standard shipping takes 2-5 days depending on your post code.
Express shipping is usually delivered next business day to metro post codes, and 2-3 days for rural post codes.
We now offer same-day delivery to customers in Sydney, for orders placed before 12pm.
It depends on your personal fragrance usage.
Typically, a 50ml fragrance bottle will last 2-3 months.
A 100ml bottle will last 5-6 months.
We offer a 100 day no questions asked returns policy.
Returns are always free. You can return any products that you don’t like within 100 days after delivery and we will refund you the full price.
Nevertheless, we don't refund the shipping costs.
Items must be new and unopened for us to accept your return.

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Alexandria, Sydney.
This allows us to dispatch almost all orders within 24 hours.
